About the Company

Our client is a global leader in the life sciences space, and they’re growing fast. Their Quality Assurance team in New Hampshire is looking for an experienced QA professional to support their mission of delivering world-class products through disciplined, compliant, and innovative quality systems.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Oversee QA processes on the lab floor

✅ Review & approve key QC documentation (test records, lab investigations, assay reports, etc.)

✅ Support CAPAs and deviation investigations

✅ Ensure full compliance with GMP and internal standards

✅ Own or approve QC-related change controls and documentation

✅ Contribute to team training and continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or similar

🧪 5–10 years in QA or QC, preferably in a regulated environment

📄 Strong documentation review skills

📚 Solid understanding of GMP and regulatory frameworks

🤝 Excellent communication and collaboration skills

🔍 Bonus: Experience with CAPA and Root Cause Analysis
