Sanborn Head is seeking a Director of Information Technology to lead our IT operations, strategy, and digital evolution. This client-focused technology leader will oversee enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud computing solutions, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence (AI), IT service management (ITSM), and help desk operations. The Director will partner with business and technical leaders to drive IT strategy, enabling growth and scale. Exceptional communication skills and a passion for client service are essential, as is the ability to guide business leaders with varying levels of IT expertise.
This is a full-time position based in Bedford, NH, with flexibility for a hybrid work arrangement. The role will begin as an operational position and evolve into a strategic leadership role focused on long-term growth, cybersecurity, and technology innovation. The Director reports to the Chief Operating Officer/Executive Vice President (COO/EVP).
